Dr. Charmaine Baxter is a board-certified plastic surgeon who brings expert surgical care and compassionate service to patients in the Barrie region. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University in 2016. Following her medical degree, she completed her residency and advanced surgical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, receiving her certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2022.
